Jonathan Wharry MAAT MSWW
Jonathan trained and worked as a fee earner for two of the leading firms of solicitors in the region. He initially specialised in NHS Continuing Healthcare funding claims before moving on to become a specialist lawyer in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Professional Attorney matters. After a number of years of working for local firms, he left his employment to form Gradient Wills and Estates Limited in 2019. Jonathan holds the SWWEPP Wills and Estate Planning Certificate and is a full member of The Society of Will Writers (MSWW).
Before becoming a lawyer, Jonathan worked in commercial finance and obtained a Diploma in Accounting and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT).
Jonathan has a particular interest and experience in matters related to elderly clients, specifically care issues, vulnerable adult protection and advising clients on planning for later life.

You can arrange an appointment at our Lowestoft office or request a home visit in Norfolk or Suffolk. As well as conventional office hours, we also provide evening and weekend appointments. Our fees are far lower than local solicitors and we are regulated by the Society of Will Writers. As Society members we undertake continuing professional development and hold professional indemnity insurance, up to the value of £2.5M.
